1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns only if:

  • The product is damaged, defective, or incorrect

  • The issue is reported within 48 hours of delivery

  • The product is unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with tags intact

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling

  • Products showing signs of wear, wash, or alteration

  • Sale or discounted items (if applicable)

3. How to Request a Return

4. Refund Process

Once the return is approved and the product is received and inspected:

  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method

  • Refunds may take 5–7 business days to reflect in your account

5. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable

  • Return shipping costs (if applicable) will be borne by the customer unless the product is defective or incorrect

6. Exchange Policy

Currently, we do not offer direct exchanges. You may return the product (if eligible) and place a new order.

7. Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch. Once shipped, cancellations are not possible.
